Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 65 or older
- People diagnosed with advanced (Stage III or IV) epithelial ovarian cancer or fallopian tube cancer
- People diagnosed with pancreatic cancer (Stage I, II, or III) who are receiving chemotherapy before surgery or other main treatment
- People diagnosed with locally advanced esophageal (food pipe) cancer who are receiving chemotherapy before surgery or other main treatment
- People diagnosed with locally advanced muscle-invasive bladder cancer who are receiving chemotherapy before surgery or other main treatment
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose treating doctor estimates their life expectancy is less than 3 months
- People who are not able to give informed consent to participate in research
- People who use a wheelchair or have significant difficulty with physical movement
- People with serious heart or lung disease classified as NYHA Class III or IV (confirm with trial site)
- People who have a bowel blockage caused by cancer that requires surgery or special nutritional support through a feeding tube or intravenous nutrition
- People with any other health condition that the trial investigator believes would put them at greater risk or make participation not in their best interest
