Who may be able to join
- Adults aged over 18 and up to 60 years old.
- People who have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) or a related condition, including Clinically Isolated Syndrome, Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder, or Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Neuropathy.
- People who can understand spoken and written English.
- People who are willing to participate in a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course.
