Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 18 and 75 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (a specific type of pancreatic cancer) confirmed by a pathology test
- People whose pathology results show at least one of the following: cancer spread to nearby lymph nodes, incomplete surgical removal of the tumour (known as R1 or R2 resection), or cancer cells found in blood or lymph vessels near the tumour

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have already received cancer treatment after their surgery
- People who have had another type of cancer within the past 5 years

- People with significantly abnormal results in blood, liver, kidney, or clotting tests
- People with active inflammatory bowel disease (ongoing inflammation of the digestive tract)
- People who have experienced gastrointestinal bleeding or a bowel perforation within the past 6 months
- People who currently have an infection that requires antibiotic treatment
- People with significant heart or breathing problems
- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
