Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older, of any gender
- People who have been diagnosed with cancer of the colon or rectum, confirmed through laboratory testing of tissue samples
- People whose colorectal cancer has spread to the brain, confirmed through laboratory testing of tissue samples
- People who have had surgery to remove brain metastases (cancer that has spread to the brain) related to their colorectal cancer

- People where one of the two required tissue samples (either the original colorectal tumour sample or the brain tumour sample) is missing
- People whose tissue samples are of too low a quality, or where there is not enough tumour material available for genetic and molecular research
