Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are between 40 and 65 years old.
• People who are female and have had a unilateral modified radical mastectomy (removal of one breast along with surrounding tissue).
• People experiencing moderate or severe pain described as burning, tingling, numbness, or electric-like sensations in the chest wall, armpit, or upper inner arm, lasting between 3 and 5 months after their mastectomy, along with changed skin sensitivity in the painful area.
• People who have mild to moderate swelling in one arm, with a size difference of around 4 cm compared to the other arm.
• People who have already finished their course of chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
• People who are willing to provide written agreement to take part in the study.

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastases).
• People who are currently undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy.
• People who have had an allergic reaction to coupling agents (a gel or substance used in certain medical procedures — confirm with trial site).
• People who have chronic inflammatory conditions or cellulitis (a type of skin infection).
• People who have a history of blood clots in their veins (venous thrombosis).
• People who have an active local infection.
• People who have diabetes, due to its effects on the nerves.
• People who have open skin wounds or sores in the painful area.
• People whose arm pain is caused by other identified conditions, such as nerve damage from radiotherapy, a neck nerve problem (cervical radiculopathy), or a shoulder joint condition (confirm with trial site).
