Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older at the time of signing the consent form
- People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities is rated as 0 or 1 on a standard oncology scale (meaning fully active or restricted in strenuous activity only)
- People who have been formally diagnosed with multiple myeloma according to recognised international diagnostic guidelines
- People who have a life expectancy of at least 3 months

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose multiple myeloma has spread to involve the central nervous system (brain or spinal cord)
- People who have been diagnosed with amyloidosis, plasma cell leukaemia, Waldenström's macroglobulinaemia, or POEMS syndrome
- People who have previously experienced a severe (Grade 3 or higher) immune reaction called cytokine release syndrome (CRS) related to certain cancer treatments that work by redirecting T cells, such as CAR-T cell therapy
- People who have other conditions or circumstances that the treating doctor believes could interfere with the study, including serious physical or mental illness requiring additional treatment, significant abnormal lab results, or personal or social factors that could affect safety or the collection of study data (confirm with trial site)
