Who may be able to join
- Adults between 18 and 75 years old (or between 18 and 55 years old for people with multiple sclerosis); both men and women are eligible.
- People who have one of the following neurological autoimmune conditions that has not responded to standard treatment, or for which no effective treatment exists: neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSD), generalised myasthenia gravis (gMG), chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP), or multiple sclerosis (MS).
- People who, in the researcher's judgement, are expected to survive for at least 12 weeks.
- People who agree to use two forms of contraception (such as condoms combined with oral or injectable contraceptives, or an intrauterine device) throughout the study and for one year after taking the study medication.
- People who provide written consent to participate in the trial.
Who may not be able to join
