- People who are not suitable candidates for laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery — for example, due to significant scarring from previous major abdominal surgery, or other reasons that make the procedure unsafe (confirm with trial site)
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who have a history of serious mental illness
- People who have a known allergy to iodine
- People who have had another type of cancer within the last five years
- People who have previously received chemotherapy or radiation therapy before surgery for this cancer
- People who have had unstable chest pain (angina) or a heart attack within the last 6 months
- People who have been taking oral or injected corticosteroid medication continuously within the last month
