Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults who are active and moving around ("kinetic"), with a cancer diagnosis, and who are expected to live with their cancer for more than one year
- People who are receiving chemotherapy using platinum and paclitaxel together for the first time

- People who have a known allergy to platinum, paclitaxel, or any ingredients found in Chinese herbal medicine

- People who are unable to recognise or report their own symptoms
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People with advanced rheumatoid arthritis, severe joint deformity, or who are unable to move or function independently
- People who have other diseases affecting the immune system
- People who have not completed their full course of chemotherapy as planned
- People who have missed the required acupuncture point treatments more than three times per week
- People whose medical records or clinical data are incomplete
- People who have chosen to stop treatment or are unwilling to continue with the trial
