Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 or older
• People whose doctor has decided to start them on a first-line treatment called TDC (a combination treatment for lung cancer) in line with current approved prescribing guidelines
• People who have been confirmed, through a tissue or cell sample, to have a specific type of advanced (metastatic) non-small cell lung cancer that is non-squamous (including a subtype called LCNEC, if the treating doctor considers it to behave like standard non-small cell lung cancer)
• People whose cancer does not have certain specific genetic changes known as EGFR mutations or ALK alterations
• People who have already had, or started, a broad genetic test (called an NGS panel) on their tumour, looking at specific genes including KRAS, STK11, KEAP1, and TP53, as per their hospital's standard practice
• People who have already had, or started, a test for a protein called TTF-1 on their tumour
• People who have already had, or started, a test for a protein called PD-L1 on their tumour
• Women who could become pregnant must be using effective contraception during treatment with one of the trial medicines (durvalumab) and for at least 3 months after the last dose
• People who are able to understand what the study involves
• People who have signed a consent form agreeing to take part, in line with local requirements

Who may not be able to join:

• People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial that involves a treatment intervention
• People for whom the trial treatment is not recommended based on current prescribing guidelines (confirm with trial site)
• People who have another active cancer in addition to their metastatic non-small cell lung cancer
