- People aged between 18 and 75 years old (inclusive), of any gender.
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of pancreatic cancer (pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma or IPMN carcinosis) confirmed by laboratory testing of tissue or cells, and whose cancer has not responded to at least one previous systemic treatment.

Who may not be able to join:
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
- People who test positive for HIV, syphilis, or Hepatitis C (though people with Hepatitis C antibodies but no active virus, stable syphilis, or inactive infection may still be considered — confirm with trial site).
- People who have any active infection, including active tuberculosis, active Hepatitis B, active Epstein-Barr virus, active cytomegalovirus, active COVID-19, or any other bacterial, viral, or fungal infection currently requiring medication.
- People who have been diagnosed with another cancer within the past 5 years (exceptions may apply for certain non-invasive skin cancers or cervical changes — confirm with trial site).
- People who have any other health condition that the trial doctor judges would make participation unsafe or unsuitable.
