Who might be able to join this trial:
- People between 20 and 40 years old
- People who have received a medical diagnosis of moderate to severe carpal tunnel syndrome (a condition causing pain, numbness, or tingling in the hand and wrist)
- People who have been experiencing carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms for at least 1 month
- People with symptoms in one or both hands
- People who are able to travel to and attend the hospital where the trial is based

- People who are currently receiving alternative therapies as part of their treatment
- People who have previously taken part in a research study or clinical trial
