- People who have taken vitamin B6 tablets at any point in the past 3 months
- People with a history of substance abuse
- Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant within the next 6 months
- People who have a neurological condition such as Alzheimer's disease, stroke, or Parkinson's disease
- People who have taken part in another clinical trial within the past 6 months
- People whose medical records are incomplete — for example, missing information such as gender, age, diagnosis, colonoscopy results, or pathology results
- People who are currently taking any of the following medications: levodopa, phenobarbital, or phenytoin sodium
