Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with a depressive disorder or an anxiety disorder as their main condition, based on standard diagnostic guidelines (DSM-5)
- People who have already tried at least two treatments — either medication or talking therapy — for depression or anxiety that did not work, based on German treatment guidelines
- People aged between 18 and 65 years old
- People who have a sufficient understanding of the German language

- People who have been diagnosed with a psychotic disorder
- People who have been diagnosed with an eating disorder
- People who have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder
- People who have a serious physical health condition
