  • People who have been diagnosed with a depressive disorder or an anxiety disorder as their main condition, based on standard diagnostic guidelines (DSM-5)
  • People who have already tried at least two treatments — either medication or talking therapy — for depression or anxiety that did not work, based on German treatment guidelines
