Who might be able to join this trial:

For patients:

• The person must provide documented informed consent (or have a legally authorized representative do so)
• The person must be 18 years of age or older

• The caregiver must provide documented informed consent (or have a legally authorized representative do so)
• The caregiver must be 18 years of age or older
• The caregiver must be able to read and understand English or Spanish to complete questionnaires
• The caregiver must be a family member or friend identified by the patient — someone who knows the patient well and is involved in their medical care

Who may not be able to join:

• People who are employed in a role where they are directly or indirectly supervised by the principal investigator, a co-investigator, or the study manager
• People who are direct members of the study team
