  • People who have other inflammatory diseases or an active infection.
  • People who have a serious ongoing health condition such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or severe obesity (confirm with trial site).
  • People who have liver disease.
  • People who have low platelet counts or low levels of certain white blood cells (confirm with trial site).
  • People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
  • People who have been treated with a medicine called mercaptopurine.
