Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are able to understand and sign a consent form
  • You are able to attend follow-up appointments and follow the study requirements

Who may not be able to join:

  • You need regular steroid medications (such as prednisone) at doses above a certain level, or you have an autoimmune disease requiring immune-suppressing treatment
  • You have significant breathing or lung problems (confirm with trial site)
  • You have serious heart problems, such as severe heart failure, very low blood pressure, uncontrolled chest pain, a weak pumping heart, or serious irregular heart rhythms
  • You have HIV, active Hepatitis B or C, syphilis, or certain other infections
  • You have a serious physical or mental health condition
  • You currently have an active infection throughout your body that requires treatment
  • You have received other treatments or medicines within the past month or are currently receiving them
  • You have a known allergy to substances similar to those used in cell-based therapies
  • You previously received immunotherapy and had a severe side effect (Grade 3 or higher)
  • You still have significant side effects from a previous cancer treatment that have not resolved
  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have previously had an organ transplant, a stem cell transplant from a donor, or kidney dialysis
  • The research team has identified another serious health condition or other reason that makes participation unsuitable
