Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who are willing to participate and have signed a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
  • People aged 18 to 75 years old (male or female)

  • Women who could become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test within 7 days before joining, and must agree to use reliable contraception during the study and for 8 weeks after the last dose; men must either have had a surgical procedure to prevent fathering children or must agree to use reliable contraception during the study and for 8 weeks after the last dose
  • People who are expected to follow the study schedule reliably, including attending follow-up visits as required

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who have had another active cancer in the past 5 years, or who currently have another cancer alongside pancreatic cancer
  • People with significant heart problems, such as moderate-to-severe heart failure, unstable chest pain (angina), a heart attack within the past year, certain serious heart rhythm problems, or an abnormal electrical reading of the heart (QTc interval) above set limits
  • People with high blood pressure that cannot be controlled with medication, where blood pressure remains at or above 140/90 mmHg
  • People with abnormal blood clotting results or a tendency to bleed
  • People who are currently experiencing active bleeding
  • People with an active infection that cannot be controlled, a long-term infectious disease, or a condition that weakens the immune system
  • People with known active hepatitis B infection (based on specific blood test results)
  • People with an active autoimmune disease, or a history of autoimmune disease that may come back
  • People with a known history of severe allergic reactions to any of the study drugs
  • People with an uncontrolled infection at the time of screening
  • People whose treating doctor considers them unsuitable for the trial for any other medical reason
