Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 to 80, of any gender, who have signed a consent form to participate
• People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of pancreatic cancer called pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, confirmed by laboratory testing of tissue

• People whose doctors expect them to live for more than 3 months

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have been diagnosed with another cancer in the last 5 years (with some exceptions for certain fully removed skin cancers or early-stage cancers — confirm with trial site)
• People who are currently taking part in another interventional clinical trial, or who have received another experimental drug or used an experimental medical device within the 4 weeks before starting this trial
• People who have an active autoimmune disease (a condition where the immune system attacks the body's own tissues)
• People who have had an organ transplant or a stem cell transplant from another person
• People who have a known allergy to the study drugs being tested — cadonilimab, S-1, or capecitabine — or to any of their ingredients
• People who have not fully recovered from side effects or complications of previous treatments
• People with a history of HIV infection
• People with currently active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
• People with any severe or uncontrolled serious illness affecting the body as a whole
• People with currently active tuberculosis affecting the lungs
• People with a mental health condition that would prevent them from cooperating with the treatment and study requirements
• People with an infection that is not under control
• People who the trial doctors believe would be unable to complete the full trial process, or who are considered unsuitable for any other reason (confirm with trial site)
