Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who have been diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's Disease (Parkinson's that develops on its own, not caused by another condition)
  • People whose Parkinson's has been assessed by their doctor, neurologist, or movement disorder specialist as being at Hoehn and Yahr stages 1 through 3 (a scale used to measure how advanced Parkinson's symptoms are)

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who have a neurological condition other than Parkinson's Disease
  • People who have had deep brain stimulation surgery within the past 3 months, as determined by their doctor
  • People who are currently taking part in a Rock Steady Boxing program
  • People who report already doing more than 60 minutes per week of moderate to vigorous exercise
