Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 50 or older who have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer
- People who have high blood pressure, with a reading of 140/90 mmHg or higher
- People whose pancreatic cancer has been confirmed by laboratory testing of tissue samples, and whose cancer has either spread to other parts of the body or is locally advanced (grown beyond the pancreas but not yet spread widely)

- Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who could become pregnant
- People who have received a specific type of chemotherapy called a fluoropyrimidine at any point in the last 10 years
- People who have previously had a severe unexpected reaction to certain chemotherapy medicines, or who have a known allergy to 5-fluorouracil, irinotecan, oxaliplatin, losartan, or any monoclonal antibody treatment (confirm with trial site if unsure which medicines these include)
- People who have an active, known, or suspected condition where the immune system attacks the body, such as psoriasis
- People who have tested positive for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV, or AIDS
- People who have received a live or live-attenuated vaccine — such as certain nasal flu vaccines — within 30 days before the planned start of the trial treatment
