Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 40 years or older
- People whose Parkinson's disease diagnosis meets the Movement Disorder Society standards
- People whose Parkinson's medications have not been changed in the 4 weeks before the trial or during the treatment period
- People whose motor symptom score (MDS-UPDRS III) is 8 or above, and whose disease stage falls between 1 and 4 on the Hoehn-Yahr scale (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose brain MRI or CT scan shows a focal brain injury or severe white matter damage (Fazekas grade 3)
- People with a form of parkinsonism caused by something other than Parkinson's disease, such as vascular causes, medication side effects, or other related conditions
- People who have had a severe head injury, brain surgery, or deep brain stimulation treatment
- People who have metal implants in their body, such as a cochlear implant or a heart pacemaker
- People who have a personal or close family history of epilepsy, unexplained loss of consciousness, or who are currently taking medication to control seizures
- People who have been diagnosed with a neurological or psychiatric condition other than Parkinson's disease
- People with a history of drug abuse or recreational drug use
- People who have taken part in another clinical trial within the past 6 months
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or any person (including men) who plans to have a child within the next 6 months
- People the trial investigators consider unsuitable for any other reason (confirm with trial site)
