Who may be able to join
- Adults aged 18 or older, of any sex.
- People who have been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (a specific type and stage of lung cancer), confirmed through laboratory testing of tissue or cell samples.
- People who have not yet received any systemic (whole-body) treatment for this type and stage of lung cancer.
- People who have at least one tumour that has not been previously treated, can be accurately measured, and meets specific size requirements on a CT or PET-CT scan.

- People whose life expectancy is estimated to be at least 3 months.

- People who have previously taken or are currently taking Bayer Aspirin.
Who may not be able to join

- People who are currently receiving other blood-thinning (anticoagulant) medications.

- People for whom Serplulimab, Aspirin, or chemotherapy would be medically unsuitable or unsafe (confirm with trial site).
