• People who live permanently in the city where the study centre is located

Who may not be able to join:

• People with a serious advanced illness (such as those on dialysis or with liver failure), or whose life expectancy is estimated by the study doctor to be less than two years
• People with a psychiatric condition, memory or thinking problems, communication difficulties, or who are otherwise unable to work with the research team
• People who have had a stroke or cerebrovascular disease, or who have severe liver or kidney problems, severe heart failure, cancer, or a history of organ transplantation
• People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant within the next two years
