Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 years or older.
• People who have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer (PDAC) that has been assessed by tissue sample or imaging as removable by surgery, borderline removable, or locally advanced (spread within the area but not to distant parts of the body).

• People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities meets a specific standard, known as ECOG performance status 0–1, meaning they are fully active or have only minor limitations (confirm with trial site).
• People whose blood counts and organ function (including liver, kidneys, and blood clotting) meet specific minimum levels, based on blood tests taken within 28 days before joining (confirm with trial site for specific values).
• People who are expected to live for more than 90 days, as judged by the trial doctor.
• People who have measurable cancer that can be tracked on scans, using a standard measurement system called RECIST 1.1.
• People who are able to give informed consent for the procedures involved in the trial.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who are considered by the trial doctor to be not fit enough to receive chemotherapy.
