Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who already have significant nerve damage (such as numbness or pain in hands or feet) rated as severe, due to another health condition
• People who have inflammatory bowel disease or another ongoing long-term condition affecting the digestive tract
• People who have previously received chemotherapy specifically for colorectal cancer after it had already spread to other parts of the body
• People who have medical reasons preventing them from safely receiving one or more of the drugs used in this trial
