Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease
- People whose Parkinson's disease is at stage 3 or below on a standard disease progression scale called the Hoehn & Yahr scale (confirm with trial site)
- People between 50 and 80 years of age

- People who are able to stand and walk at least 10 metres on their own without assistance
Who may not be able to join:

- People who have a significant level of memory or thinking difficulties, based on a standard cognitive test called the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, with a score below 21
- People who have a deep brain stimulator or brain pacemaker implanted
- People who have a diagnosed psychiatric illness
- People who have other significant neurological, internal health, or bone and joint conditions (besides Parkinson's disease) that could interfere with exercise-based activities in the trial
- People who are already doing more than the recommended amount of cardiovascular exercise for older adults — meaning 150 minutes or more per week of moderate-intensity exercise, or 75 minutes or more per week of vigorous-intensity exercise
