  • You have access to video calls (Zoom) through a laptop, iPad, or other mobile device

Who may not be able to join:

For people with Parkinson's Disease:

  • Your Parkinson's Disease is at stage 4 or 5
  • You are under 18 or over 75 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder
  • You have a seizure disorder
  • You have schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder
  • You are currently dealing with active substance use
  • You have high blood pressure that is not currently under control
  • You have memory or thinking difficulties that would prevent you from learning and remembering a daily breathing and meditation routine, or following step-by-step instructions (confirm with trial site)
  • You cannot understand, read, write, or speak English at a basic level
  • You do not have access to video calls (Zoom) via a laptop, iPad, or mobile device
  • You are unable to arrange transportation to the trial site

For care partners:

  • You are a paid, professional caregiver
  • You are under 18 years old, including emancipated minors
  • You have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder
  • You have a seizure disorder
  • You have schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder
  • You are currently dealing with active substance use
  • You have high blood pressure that is not currently under control
  • You are unable to arrange your own transportation
  • You cannot understand, read, write, or speak English at a basic level
  • You do not have access to video calls (Zoom) via a laptop, iPad, or mobile device
