Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 to 75 years old
• People who have been confirmed through a tissue or cell sample to have pancreatic cancer that started in the ductal lining of the pancreas, and whose cancer cannot be removed by surgery and has either spread locally or to other parts of the body (stage III or IV)
• People who have not yet received any major treatment for the current stage of their pancreatic cancer, including surgery (other than a stent being placed), radiation, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or any experimental treatment
• People who have at least one tumour area that can be measured on scans, according to standard measurement guidelines
• People who are in generally good physical condition and are either fully active or have minor limitations in strenuous activity (as rated on a standard medical scale called ECOG, with a score of 0 or 1)
• People whose doctors estimate they are expected to live for at least 3 more months
• People whose major organs (such as liver, kidneys, and bone marrow) are functioning well, with no blood-boosting or infection-fighting medications used in the 14 days before joining the trial
• Women who are able to become pregnant must have had a negative blood pregnancy test within 7 days before joining, and must agree to use appropriate contraception during the trial and for 6 months after treatment ends
• Men must either have had a surgical sterilisation procedure or agree to use appropriate contraception during the trial and for 3 months after treatment ends
• People who are willing to voluntarily participate, sign a consent form, and agree to attend follow-up visits as required

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have previously been treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors (a type of immunotherapy) or HDAC inhibitors (a type of cancer drug) (confirm with trial site)
• People who received any anti-cancer treatment, including surgery or radiation, within 4 weeks before joining
• People who received any other experimental drug or device treatment within 4 weeks before joining
• People who are currently enrolled in another clinical trial that involves an active treatment (observational studies or follow-up phases of other trials may be acceptable)
• People who are known to be allergic to any component of the trial drugs
• People who have cancer that has spread to the brain or central nervous system
• People with serious digestive system problems such as bleeding, severe inflammation, blockage, or significant diarrhoea
• People who had a serious infection within 4 weeks before joining (such as severe pneumonia requiring hospitalisation or a bloodstream infection), or who have had signs of infection requiring intravenous antibiotics within 2 weeks before joining (routine preventive antibiotic use may be acceptable)
• People who have experienced a blood clot or related event — such as a stroke, deep vein thrombosis, or pulmonary embolism — within the past year
• People with poorly controlled heart conditions, including moderate-to-severe heart failure, unstable chest pain (angina), a heart attack within the past year, or significant abnormal heart rhythms requiring treatment
• People who have had another type of cancer before joining, unless it was a low-risk cancer with a very high survival rate (such as certain treated skin cancers or early-stage cervical cancer in situ)
• People with active hepatitis B (with virus levels above a certain threshold) or hepatitis C (confirmed by a positive antibody test)
• People who have HIV/AIDS or active syphilis
• People with a confirmed history of serious neurological or psychiatric conditions, including epilepsy or dementia
• People who are planning to become pregnant, are currently pregnant, or are breastfeeding
• People who, in the treating doctor's judgement, have other factors that could make participation unsafe or interfere with the trial data, such as serious medical conditions, significantly abnormal test results, or personal or social circumstances that could affect safety or follow-up
