  • People whose blood test results do not meet specific minimum levels, including red blood cell levels, white blood cell counts, platelet counts, liver enzyme levels, kidney function markers, and protein levels in the blood (confirm with trial site for exact values)
  • People who have serious or active heart disease, such as symptomatic coronary heart disease, heart failure, a significant irregular heartbeat requiring medication, or who have had a heart attack in the past 12 months
  • People with a blood clotting disorder that cannot be reversed, or who have active significant bleeding
  • People who have an active infection currently requiring antibiotic treatment
  • People who have a known allergy to any ingredient in the study drugs
  • People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
  • People who have had an organ transplant and require ongoing immunosuppressive therapy or long-term steroid/hormone treatment
  • People who have an autoimmune disease
