Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older, of any gender
- People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities is rated at 0 or 1 on a standard oncology scale (ECOG Performance Status), meaning they are fully active or have only minor limitations

- People with a history of uncontrolled epilepsy, central nervous system conditions, or mental health disorders that the trial doctor determines could affect their ability to consent or to take oral medication consistently
- People who have another type of cancer that has not been cured
- People whose blood test results do not meet specific minimum levels, including red blood cell levels, white blood cell counts, platelet counts, liver enzyme levels, kidney function markers, and protein levels in the blood (confirm with trial site for exact values)
- People who have serious or active heart disease, such as symptomatic coronary heart disease, heart failure, a significant irregular heartbeat requiring medication, or who have had a heart attack in the past 12 months
- People with a blood clotting disorder that cannot be reversed, or who have active significant bleeding
- People who have an active infection currently requiring antibiotic treatment
- People who have a known allergy to any ingredient in the study drugs
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People who have had an organ transplant and require ongoing immunosuppressive therapy or long-term steroid/hormone treatment
- People who have an autoimmune disease
- People who have previously received the drug treatments used in this trial (confirm with trial site for clarification on which specific treatments this refers to)
