Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are assessed during the period when their Parkinson's medication is actively working (known as the "medication-on" period)
• People who have agreed to take part in the study and do not experience sudden freezing while walking

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have cancer or metabolic conditions such as diabetes or thyroid disorders
• People who have previously had a stroke
• People who have a history of other neurological conditions affecting the brain or nervous system
• People who have significant cognitive (thinking or memory) problems
• People who have vision or hearing difficulties
• People who have a deep brain stimulator (an implanted device used to treat movement disorders)
• People who experience "freezing of gait," which is when a person suddenly feels unable to move their feet while walking (confirmed by a score above zero on a specific freezing questionnaire)
• People who experience dyskinesia, which refers to involuntary, uncontrolled movements that can be a side effect of Parkinson's medication
