  • People with significant depression, measured by a score of 15 or higher on a standard depression questionnaire (confirm with trial site)
  • People who have had a stroke that left lasting neurological effects
  • People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the trial period
  • People with an allergy to lidocaine
