Who may not be able to join:

- People with serious medical conditions such as heart failure, liver cirrhosis, severe lung disease requiring oxygen, active cancer treatment, or kidney dialysis
- People with significant depression, measured by a score of 15 or higher on a standard depression questionnaire (confirm with trial site)
- People who have had a stroke that left lasting neurological effects
- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the trial period
- People with an allergy to lidocaine
