Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are willing and able to give their informed consent to take part (for those aged 16 or 17, both their own agreement and a parent or legal guardian's consent are required)
- People who do not smoke, or who smoke fewer than 5 cigarettes per day
- People who are able to travel to Oxford for appointments, where reasonable travel costs are covered

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have been diagnosed with, or currently have, a major mental health condition (such as severe psychiatric illness, or alcohol or drug dependence), based on a screening assessment
- People who have a close family member (parent, sibling, or child) with a severe psychiatric illness
- People who have taken any medication affecting the brain or nervous system in the past 6 weeks, including as part of another study
- People who are currently taking blood pressure medication or heart medication, especially a drug called aliskiren or beta blockers
- People who have been diagnosed with low fluid levels or dehydration in their body
- People whose kidneys are not working well enough, based on a blood test done at screening (confirm with trial site for specific threshold details)
- People who have significantly high potassium levels in their blood (confirm with trial site for specific threshold details)
- People who have very low blood pressure, based on repeated measurements taken under standardised conditions
- People who weigh less than 35 kg
- People who have ever had epilepsy or another neurological condition (such as ADHD or autism)
- People who have ever had a severe allergic skin/throat swelling reaction (angioedema), narrowed kidney arteries, heart valve disease, or repeated episodes of dizziness upon standing
- People who have ever had a serious systemic infection, or a significant liver, heart, lung, kidney, brain, metabolic, hormone-related, or breathing condition that, in the investigator's opinion, could put them at risk or affect the study results
- People with significant hearing loss that is not corrected by a hearing device
- People who do not have sufficient written or spoken English skills
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
