For mothers:

• A healthcare professional at one of the participating primary healthcare centres must have issued an invitation to take part
• The person must be at least 16 weeks pregnant, or have given birth within the last 5 months, at the time of joining the study
• The person must be at least 18 years old
• The person must have access to a mobile phone and an internet connection
• The person must be able to read, write, and understand Spanish
• The person must have a personal email account

For partners or significant others:

• A woman already enrolled in the study must have issued an invitation to take part
• The person must be at least 18 years old
• The person must have access to a mobile phone and an internet connection
• The person must be able to read, write, and understand Spanish
• The person must have a personal email account

Who may not be able to join:

For mothers:

• People who have been diagnosed with anxiety or depression through a formal clinical interview may not be eligible
• People who are currently on a waiting list for, or already receiving, psychological or medication-based treatment for any mental health or substance use condition may not be eligible

For partners or significant others:

• No exclusion criteria have been listed for partners or significant others
