Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 19 years old or older.
- People who have chosen to take part willingly and have signed a consent form.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have, or are suspected to have, high blood pressure caused by another underlying medical condition (called secondary hypertension).
- People who have a condition where their blood pressure drops significantly when they stand up (orthostatic hypotension).

- People who have had a problem with drug or alcohol misuse, or are suspected of having one, within the 24 weeks before their screening visit.
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or people who do not agree to use a suitable method of contraception during the trial and for two weeks after taking the last dose of the trial drug.
- People who the trial doctor considers unsuitable to participate for any other reason.
