- People aged 18 or older who are currently enrolled as undergraduate students at NSU (Nova Southeastern University)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are not currently enrolled as undergraduate students at NSU
- People aged 17 or younger
- Students who are currently receiving psychotherapy or mental health services
- Students who have serious or urgent mental health needs, such as psychosis, active alcohol or drug use problems, or thoughts of suicide
