Who might be able to join this trial:
- People between the ages of 18 and 65.
- People who have been diagnosed with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome, confirmed through nerve conduction (electrophysiological) testing.
- People who have already received either an ultrasound-guided corticosteroid injection or paraffin therapy as treatment.
- People whose carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms have been present for at least 3 months.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have another condition that causes similar nerve-related symptoms, such as polyneuropathy, brachial plexopathy, or thoracic outlet syndrome.
- People who have previously had an injection or surgery specifically to treat carpal tunnel syndrome.
