- You have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer (PDAC) confirmed by a tissue or cell sample test
- A recent CT scan and MRI (done within the last month) has shown that the cancer has not spread to other parts of the body
- You are already enrolled in, or able to enroll in, a separate related study called the HoMING study (NCT04363983)
- You are over 18 years old
- You are covered by a social security or health insurance scheme (in France)
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part

- Adults who are under legal protection, such as those with a court-appointed guardian or similar legal arrangement
- Women who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
