Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with a hereditary condition called ATTRv-PN (a nerve disease caused by a faulty TTR gene that leads to abnormal protein build-up in the body)
- You are able to carry out most normal daily activities — meaning your overall health and physical ability meet a minimum level as measured by a standard scoring tool (confirm with trial site)
Who may not be able to join:

- You have nerve damage (affecting movement, feeling, or automatic body functions) caused by something other than ATTRv-PN
- You have diabetes
- You have moderate to severe heart failure (confirm with trial site)
- You have liver failure
- You have a current infection with hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV
- You have previously been treated with a type of gene-silencing drug for TTR, such as siRNA or ASO therapies (for example, patisiran or inotersen)
- Your kidneys are not working well enough, based on a standard kidney function test result below a certain level (confirm with trial site)
- You are unable or unwilling to take vitamin A supplements throughout the whole study
- You have a history of liver disease
