Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older who have been diagnosed with metastatic colorectal cancer (cancer that has spread beyond the colon or rectum), confirmed through a tissue sample (such as a biopsy)
- People who have already received at least 2 previous rounds of treatment for their cancer, including specific chemotherapy drugs (5-FU, irinotecan, oxaliplatin), a drug that targets blood vessel growth (anti-VEGF), and — depending on the type of cancer — a drug targeting a protein called EGFR (for cancers with no RAS/BRAF gene changes) or an immune therapy drug (for cancers with certain DNA repair abnormalities)
- As an exception, people who received a specific combination chemotherapy regimen (mFOLFOXIRI, with or without anti-VEGF or anti-EGFR) as their first treatment, or people whose health prevented them from receiving certain chemotherapy drugs (5-FU, oxaliplatin, or irinotecan), may be considered after only 1 previous round of treatment (confirm with trial site)
Who may not be able to join:
- Because this study is an observational registry (meaning it tracks patients rather than testing a new treatment), there are no specific conditions listed that would prevent someone from participating
