Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with probable Parkinson's disease (at a mild to moderate stage) or Multiple Sclerosis (at a relatively low level of disability, as measured by a standard disability scale called the EDSS, with a score of 4.5 or below)
- People aged between 25 and 85 years
- People whose thinking and memory abilities are above a certain level, as measured by a standard test called the MoCA (score above 15.5)

- People who have a significant psychiatric illness or a diagnosed personality disorder
- People who have severe problems with their vision or hearing
- People who have had a fall that caused an injury, or who have had more than two falls in the six months before joining the trial
- People who are pregnant
- People with Multiple Sclerosis who are currently experiencing a relapse, or who have had a relapse within the past three months
- People with Parkinson's disease who experience frequent "freezing" episodes (a sudden inability to move), as measured by a standard scale called the UPDRS (score of 3 or higher in the relevant section)
- People with Multiple Sclerosis who have a cerebellar function score of 3 or higher on a specific part of the EDSS disability scale (confirm with trial site)
