Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are between 18 and 44 years old
- People who have at least one known risk factor for diabetes, which may include: carrying excess weight around the abdomen or generally, a family history of diabetes, a history of smoking, a history of high blood pressure, high blood sugar levels, abnormal cholesterol or fat levels in the blood, blood vessel disease, or fatty liver disease; and for women, a history of diabetes during pregnancy, polycystic ovary syndrome, or having given birth to a baby weighing 4kg or more
- People who do less than 150 minutes of physical activity per week (this also counts as a diabetes risk factor)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have already been diagnosed with diabetes
- People whose overall health or circumstances are considered unsuitable by the research team, including people who are unable to read or write (confirm with trial site)
