Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with sciatica, confirmed by a physical examination and imaging (such as an MRI or X-ray)
• People whose sciatica pain occurs on one side of the body only
• People who have been experiencing sciatica symptoms for at least 3 months
• People whose pain level is rated 5 or higher out of 10 on a standard pain scale, in the lower back and/or leg area
• People whose sciatica causes at least 20% disability, as measured by a standard questionnaire called the Oswestry Disability Index
• People whose sciatica treatment has not changed in the past 4 weeks

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have had surgery on the lower spine within the past 6 months
• People who have participated in another clinical trial within the past 3 months
• People for whom physical therapy is not considered safe, such as those with serious heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or a disc problem in the spine that needs urgent surgery
• People with serious other health conditions such as cancer, a spinal infection, or severe bone weakness (osteoporosis) that affects the stability of the spine
• People who are not able to communicate effectively in Urdu or English, as this would make it difficult to understand the study instructions and complete assessments
