Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with colon cancer or upper rectal cancer (where the tumour is located more than 10 cm from the anal opening), confirmed by a pathology test, and the cancer is at a stage where it has grown into or through the bowel wall and/or spread to nearby lymph nodes.
- People whose cancer does not require urgent surgery due to bleeding, a tear in the bowel, or a blockage.
- People whose tumour biopsy results show a specific genetic feature called "deficient mismatch repair" (dMMR) or "microsatellite instability-high" (MSI-H), identified through laboratory testing of the tumour tissue.

- People who have already received any treatment for their colon cancer, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation therapy, or surgery.
