Who might be able to join this trial:
- Pregnant women aged 18 or older

- People who are able to read, understand, and sign a written consent form
Who may not be able to join:
- People already taking part in another clinical study
- People who have used probiotic supplements in the two weeks before the study starts, or who plan to use them during the study
- People who have taken antibiotics in the six weeks before the study starts
- People currently taking metformin, progesterone, or any regular medication that might affect the study results (such as laxatives)
- People with a weakened immune system
- People with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes
- People with inflammatory bowel disease
- People with coeliac disease
- People with a history described as "bad obstetric history" (confirm with trial site for the exact definition)
- People with other serious health conditions that might affect gut bacteria or their ability to participate in the study
- People who may have difficulty understanding the study information or consent process due to language or other barriers
