  • People who consume more than ten units of alcohol per week, as defined by the Danish Health Authority guidelines
  • People who have heart, lung, bone and joint, metabolic, or other health conditions that would make it unsafe to take part in maximum-effort exercise testing
  • People who have depression
  • People who use an activity tracker during exercise
  • People who are already doing high-intensity brisk walking three or more times per week
