Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be 18 years old or older
- Your liver, kidneys, and other organs must be working well enough, as shown by blood tests
- You must be relatively active and able to care for yourself, with only mild limitations on daily activities (this is measured using a standard scale called ECOG, scores 0–1)
- You are expected to live for more than 3 months
- Your cancer must have continued to grow or spread despite standard treatments, or no standard treatment exists for your type of cancer
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of a solid tumour cancer that has either spread to nearby tissues or to other parts of the body
- A special imaging scan using a substance called [203Pb]Pb-PSV359 must show that the substance is taken up by at least one of your known cancer lesions
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a known allergy or sensitivity to the trial drug or any of its ingredients
- You currently have another active cancer (separate from the one being studied)
- You are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- Your cancer has spread to the brain
- You have an active infection that requires ongoing antibiotic or antifungal medication within 3 days before joining the trial
- You have a medical condition that would make taking part in this trial unusually dangerous for you
- You have any medical or personal circumstances that could interfere with the study or put you or others at risk — for example, if you are unable to follow safety rules related to radiation
- You have a history of a severe allergic reaction, such as anaphylaxis or severe swelling (angioedema), to any known ingredients of the trial drug
- You have had major surgery within 21 days before receiving the trial treatment, or have not yet fully recovered from surgery
- You have been diagnosed with a blood clot in a vein (deep vein thrombosis) or a blood clot in the lungs (pulmonary embolism) within the past 4 weeks
- You currently misuse alcohol or illegal drugs
- You have received a live or weakened (attenuated) vaccine within 7 days before joining the trial
- You have received any systemic cancer treatment within 4 weeks before starting the trial
