- You were 14 years old or younger when you were diagnosed with type 1 diabetes
- Your type 1 diabetes was diagnosed between January 2014 and December 2018 at the Pediatrics Unit of the IRCCS Azienda Ospedaliero-Universitaria hospital in Bologna, Italy
- You have been monitored and followed up by medical staff for at least 1 year after your diabetes diagnosis
