Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who can understand, speak, read, and write in English or Spanish.
  • People who are willing to take part in a 6-week mindfulness training program.
  • People who are able to use a smartphone, tablet, or other digital device.
  • People whose sex assigned at birth is female.

Who may not be able to join:

  • People whose PHQ-8 mood questionnaire score is below 5 or above 14.
  • People who have had breast cancer come back, or whose cancer has spread to other parts of the body, either in the past or currently.
  • People who have had any other type of cancer, either in the past or currently. (People who have only had a type of non-melanoma skin cancer, or early-stage cervical changes that did not require chemotherapy, may still be eligible — confirm with trial site.)
  • People who are currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant in the near future.
  • People who are already enrolled in another cancer-related or behaviour-focused research trial that involves frequent check-ins or training activities.
