Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are willing to take part and have signed the consent form agreeing to join the study.
• You are between 18 and 75 years old (inclusive) at the time of signing the consent form.
• You have been diagnosed with a specific type of pancreatic cancer called pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, confirmed by a tissue or cell sample.
• You have at least one measurable area of cancer spread that doctors can track using standard imaging guidelines.
• You have not had any previous cancer treatments (such as chemotherapy, radiation, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy) for this cancer — though you may still qualify if you had treatment before surgery or after surgery and your cancer came back more than 6 months after finishing that treatment.
• You are in reasonably good general health (able to carry out daily activities with little or no limitation) and are expected to live more than 3 months.
• Your major organs (such as liver, kidneys, and heart) are functioning normally.
• You are willing to use reliable birth control during the study and for 6 months after it ends; if you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test within 7 days before joining and must not be breastfeeding.

Who may not be able to join:

• You have been diagnosed with another type of cancer in the past 5 years, or currently have another cancer diagnosis.
• You still have side effects from a previous cancer treatment that are more than mild (above Grade 1), not counting hair loss.
• You have had major surgery, a serious injury, or have wounds or broken bones that have not fully healed within the past 28 days.
• You have had a serious bleeding episode within the past 4 weeks.
• You have had a blood clot in an artery or vein within the past 6 months.
• You have had active stomach or intestinal ulcers, bowel perforation, persistent blood in your stool, ulcerative colitis, or other gastrointestinal bleeding conditions within the past 6 months.
• You have hepatitis B and cannot consistently take antiviral medication, or you have hepatitis C that is considered unstable or requires antiviral treatment you cannot consistently take.
• You have a history of substance abuse involving mind-altering drugs that you cannot stop, or you have a psychiatric disorder.
• You have active lung inflammation or a condition that puts you at high risk of drug-related lung damage.
• You have any severe or poorly controlled illness or medical condition.
• Your pancreatic cancer is confirmed to be a different cell type, such as acinar cell carcinoma, neuroendocrine carcinoma, or pancreatoblastoma.
• Scans (CT or MRI) show your cancer has grown into major blood vessels, and the doctor believes this creates a high risk of life-threatening bleeding during the study.
• Scans (CT or MRI) show your cancer has grown into the digestive tract, and there is a high risk of bleeding based on a camera examination of the gut.
• Your cancer has spread to the brain or the lining around the brain or spinal cord.
• You have fluid buildup around your lungs, heart, or in your abdomen that cannot be controlled and requires repeated draining.
• You have had a severe allergic reaction to a biologic drug before, or you are known to be allergic to any ingredient in the study drug (TQB2868).
• You have been taking steroid medicines or other immune-suppressing drugs regularly in the past 28 days, or would need to continue them within 2 weeks of starting the study.
• You have received a live vaccine within the past 28 days, or plan to receive one during the study.
• You have needed ongoing treatment for any medical condition within the past 2 years (not including alternative therapies).
• You have taken part in another clinical trial testing an anti-cancer drug within the past 28 days.
• Your doctor believes you have any other health condition or circumstance that could make it unsafe for you to join the study.
